Stephanie was born and raised in Syracuse, New York. She is happy to be back in the area and to give back to the community. Stephanie is a licensed acupuncturist of New York State and is currently working to receive her Diplomate (NCCAOM) in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She received her Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Finger Lakes School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (FLSAOM) in 2018. At graduation, Stephanie was the recipient of the Clinical Excellence Award and the Distinguished Service Award.
Stephanie has had 3,000-plus hours of training that includes extensive clinical experiences from multiple locations including the Seneca Falls Health Center, NYCC Campus Health Center, Rochester Outpatient Health Center, and Canandaigua Veterans Affair Medical Center. She also has experience treating a wide variety of patients of all ages and conditions. Some of these conditions include musculoskeletal pain, headaches, pregnancy and infertility, irregular menstruation, smoking cessation, and a series of gastrointestinal complications.
To further her understanding of Chinese Medicine, she traveled abroad to study at Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. There, she participated in an additional 100 hours of clinical rotations focusing on gynecology and pain management. While in China, she gained new insights in advance acupuncture and tui na techniques and the latest acupuncture theories. Stephanie is committed to providing individualized and quality care in based on the foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine and modern medicine.
